Oni is a restaurant in downtown Albuquerque that serves a variety of Japanese inspired food and drink with ramen as one of our signature dishes. Our menu is designed around seasonal ingredients sourced almost entirely from New Mexico producers.

Supporting local producers is one of the core values of Oni as we help grow the local economy while sourcing the freshest, highest quality ingredients. A few of our producers are: Talus Wind Ranch, Sweet Grass Farms, Raised on Sand Farm, Carrasco Family Farm, Silver Leaf Farms, Vida Verde Farm and CLC Pecan Farm.
